About The Author
Norma S. Williams was born in Canton, Ohio, home of the Hall of Fame, where she lived until she was 15 years old. At the age of 15, she relocated to Atlanta, GA, and she has been a Georgian since. As of 2023, she now resides in Albany, Georgia. Norma is the daughter of La Donna Morris and the late Carlos Conner. With a very strong relationship with her family, the joys of her life are her nieces, nephew, and godchildren. She has a heart not only for God and ministry but also a strong passion and love for animals, especially her dog-son, Biscuit! Norma has had the opportunity to travel the world through her powerful ministry. On the Pulse Mime Ministry is the heartbeat of a different type of praise. This ministry is reaching people of all ages, both nationally and internationally. Norma has been miming and serving in this capacity since she was a mere child and was ordained as a minister of dance at the age of 18. At birth, no one knew whether or not she would make it—as her heartbeat was nonexistent. The medical doctors threw their hands up, but the Master Surgeon and Almighty God heard her mother’s cries and blew the breath of life back into her. God has been carrying Norma and her ministry ever since. She is anointed, but even more importantly, appointed. As many are called, but few are chosen, On the Pulse Mime Ministry seeks to destroy yokes, touch lives, and literally allow people to feel the ministry. Going from having no pulse to where she is today, the name “On the Pulse Mime Ministry” is true to life. Her ministry is powerful—through the power of the Holy Ghost— and she continues to live out her calling: On the Pulse. Her ministry is truly the heartbeat of mime. She has shared the stage with many gospel artists, comedians, and well-known preachers throughout her years of dance ministry. Norma’s ministry was also featured on the popular television show “Bobby Jones Gospel” and was set to travel on tour with Bobby Jones immediately afterward, but due to knee surgery, she sadly had to decline. After ministering in dance all her life, Norma is now ready to walk into other callings that God has for her life. With the help of Jesus, she’s ready to take on whatever comes her way
